Mr. Chris Karamitsos is an award winning member of the Professional Golfers’ Association of America. He has been in the golf business since 1990 and played competitively from 1989 to the present. Mr. Karamitsos founded the Karamitsos Golf Academy in 1993. He has experience in every facet of the golf industry including management of golf properties and consulting for golf property developers. Mr. Karamitsos founded Sigma Golf Management and Millennium Golf Ventures in 1999 and is on the Executive Board of the North Florida PGA.

Mr. Karamitsos is a published author in numerous periodicals and annuals. As a broker, he has closed over $100 million in real estate transactions since 2005.

Steven M. Ekovich

Mr. Steven Ekovich has been in the real estate business for over 20 years, both brokering commercial real estate and serving as Regional Manager for several Marcus & Millichap offices. He has closed or overseen over $3 billion of real estate transactions. He has opened four offices for Marcus & Millichap, was voted “Regional Manager of the Year”, and in addition, was the National Director of the National Self Storage Group at Marcus & Millichap. His duties included hiring, deployment, training and coaching of commercial real estate agents in Tampa, Atlanta, Palo Alto, Jacksonville and Orlando.

Mr. Ekovich has been a published author in numerous real estate trade publications as well as being a featured speaker for over 15 years at real estate industry events.
